Toyota l/c 6-cylinder engine with the NV4500 5-speed transmission

STEP-BY-STEP INSTALLATION PROCEDURES:
1. Secure the vehicle in a place that prevent any movement of the tire back and forth roles.
2. Remove the stock skid plate.
3. Remove front and rear drive shafts.
4. Remove the existing exhaust system you will remain with the exhaust manifold in position.
5. Disconnect and remove the transmission and transfer case of shifter assemblies.
6. Disconnect the battery.
7. Disconnect the emergency brake and speedometer cable.
8. Disconnect the backup switch wires the existing gearbox.
9 Remove you the transmission and transfer case Assembly from the vehicle.
10. Remove the bearing 6 cylinder starter motor Assembly.
11. Remove the rear factory support tubular crossmember. This requires a torch, and make sure that all fuel lines and brake lines have enough distance.
12. Disconnect the slave cylinder the pump mounting bracket.
13 Support of the back of the motor with a small floor Jack.
14 Remove the Toyota pump mounting bracket from the back of the engine.
15 Unbolt print Board Assembly from the flywheel.
16 Separate Bellhousings mounts the frame to allow space for the new propeller Assembly.
17. The flywheel Assembly removed and edit it, if necessary.
18 Inspect the Toyota rear main seal and take appropriate measures.
19 Remove you the Toyota pilot bearing from the rear of the crankshaft engine.
20 Install new pilot bushing supplied with the adapter Kit.
