Inner tail light install VolksWagen Passat B6 and 3 C

Cabling for the inner taillight: that beneath the statements does not take the single factory rear fog light use and have 2 reverse lights. If you have a car of the world or right steering, some of the settings are different and must make may not VAG - COM (VCDS) changes.

Option 1: Use as additional rear lights and brake lights wire (+) to pin 4 and (-) pin 1 on the outer rear light.
Option 1a: Use as additional tail lights and brake lights (VCDS required)
Option 2: Use as additional rear lights, brake light and rear fog (VCDS required)
Option 3: Use as additional rear lights and rear fog (VCDS required) [my personal choice]
Option 4: Use as additional tail lights only
Option 5: Use as additional rear lights and indicators (red)
Option 5a: use as additional turn signals on red rear lights and AMBER

"Right rear fog does not work":
When using options 1a, 2 or 3 from above, and a newer B6 have, you get a light bulb out may counter for the right rear fog. This is, because "as additional rear lights rear fog use the function" there 2 rear fogs that wired directly to the control unit are expected. Ideally would 2 complete run actually few wires from the control device to your new lamp, but that's a lot of work. The Schematic of the CC (it's the same electronics in fact!) use, can we find out, where the right rear fog should be connected and add a load equalizer, so there's no more warning. The diagram is on the next page.
