NISSAN PULSAR Hatch 1 8 Litre ST Manual Road Test Report
Nearly one year after the N16 Pulsar sedan range was introduced, Nissan has added a pair of hatchback models to cater for buyers who prefer this style of vehicle. Historically, the hatch variant has accounted for around 30 per cent of Pulsar purchases, so its arrival can be expected to further boost sales of what is already Nissan’s biggest selling model.
The driving cockpit is generally well laid out for easy use, however the left-mounted turn signal lever is at odds with the Japanese-made Pulsar sedan which has its lever on the conventional (for our market) right side of the column. Though the Pulsar hatch is not what you would really call a spirited performer, acceleration times for the ST version tested were competitive with other 1.8 litre manual cars such as the Holden Astra and Ford Laser.

Choose the Car Insurance
1. Determine the type of insurance coverage desired. Protection as a whole (All Risk) gives the best protection, but you need to take into account the economic side.
2. Do not be fixated on the size of the premium to be paid. See the companys credibility, especially in terms of services, claims handling and financial capacity.
3. Many insurance companies are credible and bona fide, though without the support of re-insurance companies. But theres no harm in finding out the track record of re-insurance company (if any).
4. Does the company provide additional benefits, such as 24-hour claims service, free towing, insurance claim process 24 hours, etc?
5. It is better you see the companys partner shop network. How much, where it is located and how the quality of these workshops.
6. Understand exactly anything what your rights and obligations. What should you do and what not. Are there any exceptions in the policy contract, what the pros and cons for you?
