Motorsport Golf 1.8 T, SEAT Leon 1.8 T and the Audi A3 with 1.8 T DV device Wizard
Tools required:-Cross screwdriver head screwdriver flat blade, 6 mm and 7 mm hose

1/Open the bonnet/hood. Remove the plastic cover of the engine. Remove the hose between the throttle body and the highest Intercooler (the lower-left corner of the image above) 2/Fit a new hose spout with 25 mm, as mentioned above. The hose is too long, it will probably become deformed, if this happens, and then remove and simply shorten the ends with a sharp knife, remove only 10-15 mm at a time and check the correct shape of the hose after each reduction needs. Once happy with the fit, then securely with a hose clips shipped.
3/3-way valve, Now delete it from its original location in the Turbo inlet pipe and went into the transfer hose, as mentioned above. Ensure that the hose clip, he adds.
4/use plastic bends 90 degrees and 25 mm hose to complete the hose between the Turbo intake pipes and a new location. Using the hose clips delivered and ensure all connections hose, as soon as you are satisfied with their size and it's done. To erase the original plug 25 mm hose reinforcement of DV and securely with a hose clip. (If you have a spare hoses from the direct length provided by the boost, you can remove the hose and place a short length of 25 mm silicone hose and empty as the two images)
5/the use of vacuum tubes and joiner delivered in order to extend the original vacuum tube DV to DV's new location, correct the vacuum tube to the top of the DV as stated above. Using zip ties supplied clean 25 mm hoses and other parts of the engine to prevent rubbing through.
6/engine cover. Delete all the tools and close the bonnet/hood.
