Chrysler 3.3/3.8 L minivan V6 air install guide
This is what you start with; Gulf of bone stock engine. The first step is to disconnect the negative battery cable. This will prevent possible electrical problems, "will reset the computer can" PCM "re-learn" the engine with a new plan in place. To disconnect the battery cable, you will need 10 mm socket or wrench. (Note that this will delete your radio station presets, so you should register them first, just in case.)
Unplug the temperature sensor located on the back of a flexible coupling. To do this, you need to slide the lock back to red, and then squeeze the black lever at the back and unplug the connector.
Next, disconnect the PCV tube, loosen hose clamps, flexible coupling, both before removing the lid and filter air box air. To remove the air box cover, simply release the two clips, one is on the side of the airbox, and the other is in the back. At this point, you tilt the airbox lid upward (like in the picture on the left) and slide it along to docking it on the base of the tab to remove the airbox. Air filter and then simply raising the right out of the base.
