The Saab 9-3 is a compact executive car produced by the automaker Saab in Trollhättan, Sweden from 1998. The Saab 9-3 shares its GM Epsilon platform with the Opel Vectra, and with the Cadillac BLS, which was made on the same assembly line up until 2009 in Sweden.2001, the Saab 9-3 comes as a sport coupe, luxury convertible, or a sports sedan that has two or four doors for five passengers. The OnStar telematics system and traction control are now standard. This car is available in three trims levels namely base, SE, and Viggen.


Saab 9-3 in 2001 on all trims are equipped with a standard 2.3-liter, I4 engine that can producing 230 horsepower, turbo that reach 20 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway. A five-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard.
