2008 GMC Envoy Luxury Midsize Owners Manual
the GMC Envoy is an SUV from the GMC marque of General Motors. It was introduced as a high-end version of the Jimmy for the 1998 model year. The GMC Envoy reappeared in the GMC line of vehicles from 2002 through 2009 as a standalone model, until GM replaced it with the GMC Terrain. GMC Envoy in 2008 on the models SLE and SLT trims powered by a 4.2-liter inline-6 that can produces 291-horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque, while for models Denali equipped with a 5.3-liter V8 that produces 302 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque. A four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.
