Thank you for purchasing the XS engineering PowerMax system for 1993-95 Mazda RX-7 (FD3S). Besides, please take the time to read and understand this manual fully before continuing with the installation.
Preparation
Please remember the appropriate conversion from continuous turbocharger installation into one single turbocharger is no easy task. That is why we ask only experienced professionals to install this system turbocharger. In addition, we highly recommend that this system can only install turbocharger on the engine is in good condition. Please check the following:
1. make sure that the cooling system – within the manufacturer's specifications or better.
2. ignition system-make sure this is within or better than factory specs timing ignition is in stock.
3. fuel supply system-make sure that fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel injectors all working within the factory specifications. Also, make sure that the fuel used is at least 100 Iraqis talking on or higher.
4. compression-compression of the engine make sure the engine is within the manufacturer's specifications.
